Organization Development (OD) is the practice of helping organizations solve problems and reach their goals. A key emphasis in OD is assisting clients not just in meeting their goal but with learning new problem-solving skills they can use in the future. Organization Development is an effort planned, organization-wide, and managed from the top, to increase organization effectiveness and health through planned intervetions in the organizations “processes”, using behavioral-science knowledge.

  1. Problem solving: When something is not working as you expected you have to thing a few minutes to identify a key issue, gather information about it and outline decisions or action plans needed to adress the issue.
